LemonDuck Cryptomining Campaign
LemonDuck operators are targeting Docker containers to mine cryptocurrency on Linux systems. LemonDuck was previously focused on exploiting vulnerable Microsoft Exchange servers, but has expanded to the current operation for mining cryptocurrency such as Monero. Administrators need to ensure their Docker API deployments are securely configured to avoid exploitation.
Lapsus$ hits T-Mobile
Telecom company T-Mobile confirmed that the Lapsus$ group hacked their systems in March. This only came out after an investigative journalist Brian Krebs highlighted that the breach occurred. LapsusS was able to gain access to their internal network using stolen credentials, however no customer or sensitive information was on these systems.
Aeropost Breached
